This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 6 (b) in Crl.O.P.No.31196 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024 that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the D1 Police Station everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31196 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders/.
