ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking a mandamus forbearing the third respondent, who is the Assistant Director, Drugs Controller Zone-1 Vepery Range, from renewing the Medical Shop licence by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2013.

2. Mr.Christopher Kishore Vincent, learned counsel on record states that he has already given change of vakalat in this matter.
3. Mr.R.S.Selvam, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the renewal application of the fourth respondent was rejected as early as on 16.09.2015. An appeal filed against the rejection order, was also dismissed on 26.02.2016 by the second respondent herein.
4. Mr.M.Kamala Kannan, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent would represent that the fourth respondent V.Murugan died on 11.01.2020.
5. In the light of the above facts, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter and the Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
