ORDER

The petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.19031 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1574 of 2025, dated 14.10.2025, wherein the petitioner was directed to appear before the Trial Court on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until disposal of this Criminal Appeal.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is unable to comply with the said condition and prays that he may be directed to appear before the trial Court once in a month.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent, who did not raise any serious objection in modifying the said condition.

4. Considering the request, this Court is inclined to modify the condition in the order dated 14.10.2025. Accordingly, the condition shall read as follows: "5.(d) The petitioner/accused is directed to appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until disposal of this Criminal Appeal......"

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. All other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered. 23-02-2026 vum To 1.The Inspector of Police, Mangalapuram police station, Namakkal District.
