O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's Memorandum of Complaint dated 24.11.2014.

2. In view of the fact that a circular issued by the Government in Circular No.67 of 2011 dated 03.11.2011 was cancelled and subsequently an amendment was inserted under the provisions of the Registration Act. The complaint submitted by the petitioner cannot be adjudicated.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 4th respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the parties have instituted a Civil Suit in O.S.No.3 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate at Thirukalukundram.

4. Since the the parties have approached the Civil Court of Law, they are at liberty to adjudicate the issues based on the documents and evidences. After the disposal of the civil litigations, the parties are at liberty to approach the competent authorities for appropriate actions.
