PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order dated 10.10.2003 passed by the 1st respondent Labour Court in C.P.No.15/2001 and quash the same as being illegal and arbitrary and unjust in so far as it denied the benefits of computation due to the petitioner under the order dated 28.09.2000 in TSE.No.2/1999 and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to pay the wages due to the petitioner till the date of his reinstatement in the service of the 2nd respondent. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the issues between the parties had already been settled. Thus, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition.
