Prayer: To relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m.,until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.19900 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1633 of 2025 dated 28.10.2025 and thus render justice.

Prayer: To set aside the judgment dt .30.09.2025 by the Learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for the exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Cases, Villupuram in Spl.S.C.No. 174/2019.

Mr.S.Balaji Government Advocate(Criminal Side) Order This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on 28.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.19900 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1633 of 2025 that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30. a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly, the order dated 28.10.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.19900 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1633 of 2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

All other conditions remain unaltered.
