Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.014415/A2/2010 dated 08.08.2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to give relaxation to the petitioner for completion of probationary period, without insisting to deposit in the salary increment already drawn by the petitioner in the light of first respondent in his proceedings Letter No.11548/R2/99-2 dated 20.12.1999 and give promotion as per the seniority list.
