Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.056783/L1/E5/2015 dated 30.08.2015 (signed on 26.08.2015) and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondent to pass orders granting for rectification of pay anomaly and for stepping up of sale of pay of the petitioner in the Post of PG Assistant (Maths) on par with his junior Tmt.T.S.Janaki with effect from 01.02.2012 on application of G.O.Ms.No.25 P & AR FR - (IV) Department dated 23.03.2015 including payment of arrears of salary along with interest for the delay in payment within a time frame to be fixed by this Honble court.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.G.Sankaran, learned counsel appearing for petitioner, on instructions submit that this Court may permit the petitioner to withdraw the present Writ Petition.

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
