When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that pending the writ petition, the writ petitioner has been appointed as Laboratory Technician Grade III in Karisalpatti Primary Health Centre, Tirunelveli Health Unit district by the proceedings of the Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Chennai - 6 dated 24.03.2020 and as such the grievance made in the writ petition no longer survives.
