[Judgment of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises against the order of learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu, passed in H.M.O.P.No.163 of 2009 on 30.09.2013.
2. Respondent and appellant are husband and wife. Differences arose between them. Respondent moved H.M.O.P.No.163 of 2009 on the file of learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu, seeking Chennai, seeking dissolution of marriage on the ground of cruelty u/s.13(1)(ia) of Hindu Marriage Act. Court below, under orders dated 30.09.2013, allowed such petition. There against, appellant/wife has preferred the present appeal.
3. Heard learned counsel for appellant and learned counsel for respondent.

4. Today, parties are present before this Court. Learned counsel on either side inform that post decree of divorce in H.M.O.P.No.163 of 2009 on the file of learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu, parties have come together and now enjoy a peaceful congenial martial life. A Joint Memo of Compromise dated 30.10.2017 signed by both parties as also their respective counsel has been filed which informs that the dispute between parties amicably has been settled and they are leading a happy matrimonial life. The Joint Memo of Compromise is recorded. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal shall stand allowed. The decree of divorce passed by learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu, in H.M.O.P.No.163 of 2009 dated 30.09.2013 shall stand set aside. No costs.
