This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 07.11.2023 in Crl.MP.No.17109 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, weekly once, i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, monthly once, i.e., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4.In view of the above modifications, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
