ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 16.12.2024 seeking police protection from the respondents 3 & 4.

It is seen that the fourth respondent is none other than the son of the petitioner herein, who is in a living together relationship with the third respondent herein. Now the petitioner apprehends threat at the hands of the respondents 3 & 4.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner and after issuance of notice to the respondents 3 & 4, dispose the same on merits and in accordance with law, with the period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
