2. This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 238 days in preferring this Criminal Revision Petition against the judgment passed in Crl.A.No.93 of 2019 passed by the Additional District Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.
3. There is no objection by respondent for condoning the delay and also on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court condones the delay in filing the said revision.
4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
