ORDER

(Made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The grievance of the petitioner is in respect of the recent steps taken by the respondents pertaining to the Manallur project of SIPCOT.

2. The petitioner says that the petitioner has approached the National Green Tribunal by making an application for interim orders in which notices have been directed to be issued. The petitioner complains of the tender process initiated by the official respondents. Since the matter is pending before a forum that is authorised to receive it and notices have been issued, the present writ petition is not entertained. W.P.No.3093 of 2021 is dismissed without any order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.3487 and 3488 of 2021 are closed.
