This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.12.2019 in C.S.R.No.1774 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, C.No.7074 of 2019 was issued and after enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 11.02.2020.
