PRAYER in Petition under Section 483(1)(b), r/w.528 of BNSS to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by the order dated 27.11.2024 vide para no. 5"(1),..... and further condition is that he shall report before investigation officer daily 10.00am for a period of 30 days, after completion of bail condition order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No. 28384 of 2024, Crl.OP.No.28375 of 2024 by dated 22.11.2024..." as passed by the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate Saidapet in Crl.MP. No.20531 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024.

PRAYER in CRL MP No. 1957 of 2025 Petition under Section 528 of BNSS to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by the order dated 29.10.2024 in Crl.OP.No.25227 of 2024 as to appear before "the Inspector of Police, Thallakkulam Police Station, Madurai" instead of "the petitioner shall report before the Villupuram Police Station daily at 10.00 am, until further orders".

COMMON ORDER Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and the investigation is pending. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) further submitted that the Crime No.266 of 2024 has been transferred to CBCID, Chennai as per the order of this Court in Crl.OP.No.31418 of 2024 dated 13.02.2025. 2.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in respect of his appearance before the Police vide order in Crl.MP. No.20531 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024 by the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate Saidapet and Crl.OP.No.25227 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024 by this Court, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the CBCID, Chennai every day at 10.30 am., for a period of two weeks, thereafter on every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
