This petition is filed to condone the delay of 15 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Mr.A.G.F.Terry Chellaraja, the learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and submitted that he has no objection in allowing the petition. 3.Though notice has been served on the 3rd respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for him either in person or through counsel.
