ORDER
This Court had earlier passed a judgment on 24.02.2025 directing the appellant/Rajini @ Rajinirajan to remit the fine amount of Rs.1,00,000/- on or before 23.03.2025 before the trial Court,which is to be paid as compensation to the victim/PW-2.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that he is confirm whether the fine amount was paid before the trial Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that he is not aware of that the fine of Rs.1,00,000/- was paid before the trial Court. Today the respondent police also not appeared. Hence, he sought small accommodation to verify the same.
4.In view of the above, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent is directed to inform through jurisdictional police to ensure the presence of the appellant before the trial Court and verify whether the fine amount has been remitted and ascertain that the victim has been informed about the compensation.
