This Petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.1,000/- as directed in C.M.P.No.31 of 2023 in S.A.SR.No.868 of 2022.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this miscellaneous petition is ordered and the petitioner shall deposit the sum of Rs.1,000/- as directed in C.M.P.No.31 of 2023 in S.A.SR.No.868 of 2022 till 10.02.2023, from today, failing which the petition in C.M.P.No.31 of 2023 in S.A.SR.No.868 of 2022 shall stand automatically dismissed.
