This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29146 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending. 3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29146 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court twice a month, on Monday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
