ORDER
This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to survey and fix the boundary stones around the petitioner's land measuring to an extent of 22 cents comprised in Survey No.576/17 and 12 cents comprised in Survey No.518/8 of Karakkottai Village, Mannargudi Taluk in accordance with the Field Measurement Book.

Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh application to survey and fix the boundary stones in respect of the properties comprised in S.No.576/17 ad-measuring to an extent of 22 cents and S.No.581/8 ad-measuring to an extent of 12 cents situated at Karakkottai Village, Mannargudi Taluk with requisite fees before the third respondent. On receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed survey and fix the boundary stones of the petitioner's land, after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, within a period of eight weeks thereafter. Therefore, it is made clear that the third respondent finds any hindrance while surveying the petitioner's land as per title deed of the petitioner, the third respondent can very well seek necessary police protection to survey the petitioner's land.
3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
