This Petition has been filed to restore W.P.No.19765 of 2017 dismissed for default on 15.12.2020 for non appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. On a perusal of the affidavit filed by the petitioner, it reveals that due to technical fault, the learned counsel for the petitioner could not able to appear on the date of hearing.

3. Considering the same, the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.19765 of 2017 is hereby restored. Hence, this petition is allowed.
