Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondent appeared and submitted that the matter was compromised between petitioner and respondent. Both husband and wife have also filed a petition in O.P.No. 85 of 2025 seeking for mutual consent before the Family Court, Ootacamund and as on date, the same is pending. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.

In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 17-11-2025 2/4
