O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order, dated 26.05.2010, passed in C.C.No.651 of 2007 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.V., Coimbatore, confirmed by judgment dated 07.12.2010, in C.A.No.104 of 2010 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court No.III, Coimbatore.

2.In this case, the accused has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Instruments Act and sentenced by the trial Court and the same has already been confirmed by the appellate Court (Sessions Court), challenging which, the present revision application has been filed.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner/accused submitted that the accused is no more and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.Since, the legal heirs of the deceased accused have not come forward to file any application to conduct the case, this revision petition stands closed.
