PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus by calling for the records pertaining to the transfer order Memo No.0083288/AB/G.11/G.111/2010-1, dated 26.08.2010 issued by the first respondent including the enquiry proceedings conducted by the third & fourth respondents against the petitioner herein and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently to issue a direction, directing the first respondent to restore status quo ante by retaining the petitioner as the Assistant Executive Engineer (Operations &
