ORDER

The petitioner/A3, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.02.2024, for the alleged offence punishable under Section 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(ii) (c), 25 and 29 of NDPS Act, in Crime No.16 of 2022, on the file of the

respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This Court earlier dismissed the bail petition of the petitioner on 10.09.2025 on the points argued there. Subsequently, this is a successive bail petition filed on the ground that one of the co-accused was acquitted after conclusion of the trial on the very same crime number. That being the case, the petitioner is directed to move concerned Trial Court for the relief of bail petition.
