Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that in view of the recent decision made by the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Government of Tamil Nadu, Rep. by Secretary to Government, Public Works Department, Secretariat, Chennai-600 and others Vs.

R.Kaliyamoorthy, reported in 2019 (6) CTC 705, nothing survives in this petition to be adjudicated upon further. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed.
