(R3 impleaded vide order dated 11.11.2010 by NPVJ in W.P.No.22798 of 2010) PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in respect of the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings No.Na.Ka.No.005402/B2-4/2010, dated 10.08.2010 and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to issue a certified copy of the SSLC Mark statement of the petitioner with registration no.154009 of April, 1971 batch and consequently direct the 1st respondent to select and appoint the petitioner as B.T.Assistant (Tamil)/Tamil Pandit in the 2009-10 recruitment, pursuant to the call letter issued by the 1st respondent in his Memo No.2555/A2/2009, dated 30.04.2010.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner, through Video-Conferencing, made a submission that the writ petition has become infructuous and no further adjudication needs to be made in respect of the grounds raised in the writ petition.

2. Recording the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition , if any, is closed.
