2.The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff submitted that this Court has no pecuniary jurisdiction to try the suit and hence, he requested this Court to transfer this Civil Suit from the file of this Court to the City Civil Court, Chennai.

3.In view of the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court, the Civil Suit is hereby transferred to the City Civil Court, Chennai.

4.Registry is directed to send the entire bundle to the City Civil Court, Chennai.
