Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to amend the name of the second petitioner as Lakshmi Devi instead of Lakshmi in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.1005 of 2021, dated 27.01.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the name of the second petitioner is amended as Lakshmi Devi instead of Lakshmi. Two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
