Mr.Harinath Babu, the learned counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioner and submitted that Mr.R.Karthikeyan, learned counsel who appeared on behalf of the petitioner earlier has withdrawn his appearance and thereafter, the petitioner has engaged him as counsel and further submitted that the petitioner has given instructions to withdraw this criminal original

petition and sought the permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

2.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
