It is represented that investigation in Crime No.2142 of 2012 has already been completed and filed final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be granted and the Writ Petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to cost.
