S.Nos.547-554 situated in Athipattu Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District referred in para 3 of the impugned Government order and quash the same and further direct the respondents to assign the house sites in comprised in S.Nos.547554 in Athipattu Village to the members of the petitioners Association.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
