ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners' representations, dated 06.12.2025 & 10.12.2025,

respectively, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioners have made representations, dated 06.12.2025 & 10.12.2025 individually before the respondents seeking pay difference in gratuity with 10% interest as per 15th wage settlement dated 29.05.2025. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioners have filed this writ petition.

3. Though many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners' representations dated 06.12.2025 & 10.12.2025, as expeditiously as possible.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the representations of the petitioners dated 06.12.2025 & 10.12.2025 will be considered and appropriate order will be passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioners' representations, dated 06.12.2025 & 10.12.2025, within a period of Twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' representations.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
