This petition is filed to condone the delay of 75 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Mr.SP.Yuaraj, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent and submitted that the respondent has no objection in ordering this petition.

3.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 75 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
