BY [ RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, METTUPALAYAM POLICE STATION, COIMBATORE DISTRICT IN CRIME NO.1265 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.22711 of 2021 vide order dated 29.11.2021 (i.e. the petitioners shall report before the Mettupalayam police station on every Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.MOHAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.22711 of 2021, dated 29.11.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation, hence, the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police, is relaxed. -sd/- 16/02/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
