Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned possession notice dated 25.05.2005, Ref.No.AOV/82/2005-2006 issued by the respondent herein under section 13(4) read with rule 8 of the Securitisation and reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as SERFAESI Act) and to quash the same.
