Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus by calling for the records of the 1st respondent relating to G.D.3D, No.39, Public Works Department (E1) Department, dated 29.05.1998 and quash the same and the orders passed in Letter No.8969/E1/2009-8 dated 26.04.2010 and Letter No.9814/E1/2012 dated 22.05.2012 and consequently direct the first respondent to permit the petitioner to retire from service as Chief Engineer from 31.05.1998 and to grant consequential retiral benefits accordingly.
