COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed challenging the internal communication of the Deputy Inspector General of Registration, who directed the Sub Registrar to recover the deficit stamp duty in respect of three sale deeds vide document Nos.834/07, 835/07 and 836/07.
2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner (s) and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents that during the pendency of these writ petitions, a final order was passed under Section 47 A (1) of the Registration Act and the same has been challenged by the petitioner before the Inspector General of Registration and it was also disposed of on 08.11.2016.
3.Taking note of the subsequent events, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner has to challenge the order of the Inspector General of Registration dated 08.11.2016. Therefore, these writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
