This petition has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 173 days in filing the review application against the order dated 03.07.2025 made in W.P.No.16396 of 2025.

3. Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 173 days in filing the review application is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the review application, if it is otherwise in order.
