ORDER
This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order dated 03.01.2025 passed by the 1st respondent / the Sub-Divisional Magistrate cum Revenue Divisional Officer in his proceedings No.Che.Mu.No.A1/1984/2024.
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. It is seen that challenging the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate cum Revenue Divisional Officer, under Section 145 Cr.P.C., regarding claiming of rights by two groups over the Vannia Mandapam, 2/5
Mylapore, this present revision is filed.
4. On a perusal of the impugned order, this Court does not find any perversity. Further, the proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. is a summary proceedings. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
5. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to investigate the matter and file final report as directed by the 1st respondent, as far as the criminal case in FIR No.38 of 2024 is concerned.
6. As far as possession is concerned, the petitioner is directed to work out his remedy before the Civil Court in the manner known to law, as directed by the 1st respondent.
7. With the above directions, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. 04.02.2025 Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No ksa-2 3/5
