Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the second respondent in Application No.2015/UDA/01353 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and against principles of natural justice and consequently, direct the respondents to issue a new Family Card to the petitioner's family members consisting petitioner's wife and children.
