The Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records comprised in the impugned dated 08.07.2009 under reference No25843/2009 in RC.No.25843/2009/Q1, issued by the second respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.01.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she is going to hand over the papers to the petitioner and seeks time for the petitioner to make alternative arrangements. On 30.01.2024, it was represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, papers had been handed over to the petitioner. Therefore, Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list. On 16.02.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, it was ordered to be listed on 20.02.2024 under the caption " for dismissal".
