Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in its proceedings No.MCI-23(1) (MC) / 2017/ 126202 dated 24.07.2017 and quash the same as invalid illegal and unconstitutional.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent viz., Medical Council of India (MCI), dated 24.07.2020.
2.Mr.V.P.Raman, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Medical Council of India, submitted that even though initially the discharge order dated 24.07.2017 covered six students including the petitioner, subsequently by an order dated 22.12.2017, the discharge of only five students was reiterated excluding the petitioner.
3.Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Medical Council of India, it is clear that the petitioner was not discharged by Medical Council of India and she has already undergone the course in the fifth respondent College and completed the same. Hence, the admission of the petitioner stands ratified and the University of Pondicherry, is directed to release the results of the petitioner and issue necessary certificate, if she has successfully completed the course.
4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
