The prayer sought for in the present petition is to issue direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur to dispose of the case in O.S.No.120 of 2018.

3. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, it is seen that the written statement has already been filed and Original Suit has been posted for framing of issues on 16.04.2019. Hence, the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur is called upon to dispose of O.S.No.120 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
