BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, PEW, ATTUR P.S., SALEM DISTRICT.
(CRIME NO.1179 OF 2019).
Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition (a) the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.40,000/- to the Medical Officer, Government Hospital, Chinna Salem, Villupuram District by way of Demand Draft and the petitioner shall produce the receipt for the same before the said Court while executing the bond. The Chief Medical Officer/Hospital in-charge shall use this amount for the purpose of development and maintenance of the Hospital passed in Crl.O.P.No.733 of 2020 vide order dated 13.01.2020.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.AMBIGAPATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 13.01.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.733 of 2020, shall deposit a sum of Rs.40,000/- to the Medical Officer, Government Hospital, Chinna Salem, Villupuram District by way of Demand Draft and the petitioner shall produce the receipt for the same before the said Court, while executing the bond.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that shall deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- to the Medical Officer, Government Hospital, Chinna Salem, Villupuram District by way of Demand Draft for maintenance of Government Hospital, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. It is made clear that no further modification will be entertained.
