The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to release the balance subsidy amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) to the petitioner for which the petitioner is entitled under Assistance for Boosting Seed Production in Private Sector Scheme.

2. Heard, Mr.C.Chandra Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.Swarnalatha, learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for Respondents 1 & 2, and Mr.S.Parthasarathy, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the third respondent would submit that the loan account of the petitioner viz., Account No.1034883012368 was closed on 11.11.2014.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the third respondent, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
