When the matter is taken up for consideration, M/s.S.Jeevitha Ramani learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the representations that are referred to in the main prayer of the writ petition were already disposed off by the respondent and such the writ petition may be closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps against the proceedings that were issued by the respondent. 2.In the light of the above, the writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps, against the order said to have been passed by the respondent, on representation dated 14.09.2015 and 15.09.2015 of the petitioner.
