2003 in IA.No.271/2002 in CP.No.197/2000 and to quash the same(in WP.No.20033/2005) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.K.SRIRAM, for M/S.KA.S.KAILASAM & ASSOCIATES for the petitioner in both the petitions and of M/S.V.AJOY KHOSE, Advocate for the 2nd respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:- This matter is placed before this Court seeking extension of time for a further period of six months' to dispose of C.P.No.197 of 2000, pending on the file of the II Additional Labour Court, Chennai.

2.As requested by the Presiding Officer, II Additional Labour Court, Chennai, six months' time is granted to dispose of C.P.No.197 of 2000 pending on the file of the II Additional Labour Court, Chennai, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The Presiding Officer, II Additional Labour Court, Chennai, is expected to decide the matter on a day-to-day basis without adjourning the matter beyond two working days at any point of time, to bring the issue to a logical end.
