This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent- Assistant Commissioner, Hindu https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Religious and Charitable Endowment Department, directing the District Registrar not to register the property in respect of various survey numbers, Cuddalore District in respect of the properties belonging to one Manicka Mudaliar Trust, Cuddalore District.

2. This writ petition has been filed by the subsequent purchaser of the property challenging the order passed by the first respondent, which was challenged by the Trust in W.P.No.20651 of 2009, which was disposed of by this Court. Hence, in view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.20651 of 2009, dated 20.11.2019, no further order is required in this writ petition.
